  • I’m home

    After some much needed r&r I have made it home safely to Bucharest only to find we had a massive snow storm and are buried.  It was amazing as we were making our descent into Bucharest and I looked out the window seeing Romania completely white and so peaceful.

    I got to spend a couple of weeks with my friend Trisha and her family who are stationed in Heidelberg Germany.  We did a few road trips – not too many cause they have a 20 month old and for those parents out there you know how that goes.  We had fun – little Rebekah is a doll – she calls me “Mimi”.  Well we got to visit Rothenberg and Garmish as well as see my birth home where I lived the first couple years of my life near Weisbaden.  Sorry can’t do pics at the moment cause I’m using someone else’s computer since I’m having issues with internet with mine.  All in all I had a great time and even got to read 3 books and am working on a 4th.

    Okay I’m buried in suitcases and need to get some order in this home

    I’ll update later.

    “Praise ye the LORD.”

    This exhortation is never given too often;

    the Lord always deserves praise,

    we ought always to render it,

    we are frequently forgetful of it,

    and it is always well to be stirred up to it.
